Manor Square Membership Package 1
This plan may be right for you if:
- You wish to attend the practice on a regular basis.
- You are worried about the cost of your treatment and wish to have peace of mind that your routine preventive dental care is covered.
- You wish to spread the cost with monthly instalments.
Benefits include:
- 2 dental health consultations included each year.
- 2 hygiene appointments including scaling, Airflow, Perio flow and periodontal advice where appropriate.
- routine small radiographs.
- oral cancer screening.
- diet and hygiene advice.
- You will receive a 10% discount off routine treatment (apart from hygiene).
- Priority booking in the event of a dental emergency.
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.
How much does it cost?
Payment is by convenient monthly direct debit. The monthly fee will be £22.66 a month. You are guaranteed to be accepted, all you need is an initial consultation and you can join immediately. Patients who visit the practice regularly would not require an initial consultation.
Manor Square Membership Package 2
This plan may be right for you if:
- You wish to attend the practice on a regular basis.
- You are worried about the cost of your treatment and want to know that more of your routine dental treatment is covered.
- You wish to spread the cost with monthly instalments.
Benefits include:
- Two dental health consultation a year.
- Four Hygiene appointments including Airflow, Perio flow and periodontal advice where appropriate.
- All benefits listed above for Membership Package 1
How much does it cost?
Payment is by convenient monthly direct debit. The monthly fee will be £35.00 a month. You are guaranteed to be accepted, all you need is an initial consultation and you can join immediately. Patients who visit the practice regularly would not require an initial consultation.
